3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your notification.
4. Overseas Territories & Island Destinations
For shipments bound for overseas territories or island regions (including but not limited to Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Cyprus):
- European Logistics Hub: To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery, your package is first routed through our European logistics hub in Paris, France for sorting and processing.
- Final Delivery & Tracking: Once processed, it will be transferred to our trusted partner carrier (e.g., La Poste) for final transit to your local address. You will be able to track every step of the journey through your tracking link!
