• Our Warehouse: All orders are proudly packed and shipped from our facility in Washington State, USA.
• Domestic Shipping: We ship across the United States.
• International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations, which will be visible and updated during checkout.
📦 Processing & Dispatch
We work diligently to get your plush outfits to you as quickly as possible:
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days, subject to payment verification.
• Weekly Shipping Schedule: * Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship on Friday. • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday.
• Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
💰 Shipping Costs & Delivery (U.S. Orders)
• Orders over $50: Free Standard Shipping!
• Orders under $50: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.
• Carriers & Delivery: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location relative to Washington State.
🔍 Order Tracking
• Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after dispatch.
🏠 Address Accuracy
• Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase.
• mimiplushoutfits is not responsible for shipment delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
❓ Shipping FAQs
My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package. What should I do?
• First, please check your mailbox, porch, front desk, or inquire with neighbors/household members.
• Occasionally, USPS may mark a package as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before it actually arrives. If your package still hasn't shown up after 24 hours, please contact your local USPS office directly for assistance.
What happens if my package is delayed, damaged, or lost?
• While we wish we could control the mail, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, nor are we responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
• For shipments that include carrier insurance, any potential refunds will be limited strictly to the amount covered by that insurance policy.

We currently offer international shipping exclusively to the following countries:
• Americas: Canada
• Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark
• Oceania: Australia

International Free Shipping Threshold
• Orders over $120 USD: Free International Shipping!
• Orders under $120 USD: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Note: While prices may be displayed in your local currency for shopping convenience, the free shipping threshold is strictly calculated based on the USD equivalent at checkout.
Duties, Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their destination country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges, and we do not collect them in advance.
