Because our plush outfits are curated with love and available in limited quantities, all sales are final. We kindly ask that you review all product details and measurements before completing your purchase.
A Note on Sizing:
We want your plushies to look their best! While we try our hardest to provide accurate size references for various plush models, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every unique plush out there. If you are unsure whether an outfit will fit your cuddly friend, please reach out to us before purchasing—we are always happy to help you figure it out!
💌 Eligible Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and issue refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
• Damaged Goods: The item arrived damaged or defective prior to shipping.
• Wrong Item Sent: You received an item different from what you ordered.
How to request a return/refund:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. Depending on the situation, we will issue a refund or a return option.
